“My husband and I have been married for just over three years, the one thing we wanted more than anything else was to have a baby. "I must admit that I was both excited and apprehensive when I went to my first acupuncture session in the spring of 2008. My husband and I had been hoping to get pregnant for over two years at that point. However, I had a friend who I worked with who started going and until she mentioned it to me, it was an option that I had never thought of despite many doctors, including the fertility specialist we were seeing in Orlando, completely supporting the benefits of acupuncture in fertility and general health.
My first acupuncture appointment was wonderful to say the least—not at all what I expected through my uncertainty of what it would feel like. The staff made me feel warm and relaxed, and yes, I do have to brag mostly on Angie, who was absolutely amazing. She was genuinely caring and passionate about what she was doing. "When I look at testimonials, I look for facts. Several years ago my family doctor referred me to the Natural Medicine Center for breast thermography.
