Laser Therapy
Low level laser therapy uses beams of coherent light to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes and self-regulating capacities.
Cells in the body have very specific functions to carry out and they also contain energy production plants call mitochondria to fuel these functions. One effect of laser light stimulation is to stimulate the mitochondria to produce optimal amounts of energy in the form of the ATP molecule. This molecule then fuels cellular function.
If the cell needs to perform detoxification duties, or anti-inflammatory functions, or any other life supportive activity, it now has the energy to do so. Laser therapy is routinely used to complement any therapeutic effort to support pain reduction, detoxification, acupuncture meridian balancing, and addictions therapy.
